How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

We respond to all messages within one business day. If you need something more urgent, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.

Do you work with businesses outside the UK?

Our primary focus is the UK market. We also work with international brands targeting UK audiences. If you’re outside the UK, get in touch and we’ll have an honest conversation about whether we’re the right fit.

What is your minimum engagement?

We offer both retainer arrangements and project-based engagements. We don’t have a fixed minimum, but we do prefer working with clients where there is room to build something meaningful rather than one-off pieces.

How does the onboarding process work?

After your first message, we’ll arrange a short discovery call. If we’re a good fit, we’ll follow up with a proposal and onboarding brief. Most clients are up and running within two weeks.

Do you offer one-off consultations?

Yes. If you need a strategy session, content audit, or an honest second opinion on your current marketing, we offer standalone consulting engagements. Tell us what you need and we’ll put together the right format.

Who will I be working with?

You work directly with Anum and Asna, the co-founders. Northgrain is a founder-led agency and that’s deliberate. No juniors, no handoffs, no account managers in the middle.
